Key information at a glance
The purpose of this publication is to provide investors with timely information regarding circumstances within the Vivat Multitalent group of companies that may be relevant when assessing investment-related risks.
SIA “Stone Capital”, SIA “Multi Invest” and SIA “Solar Invest” (hereinafter — the Issuers) are associated with the Vivat Multitalent Group, where certain companies have experienced financial difficulties and delays in interest payments.
As of the date of this publication, SIA “Spirit Capital Investments” (hereinafter — SCI) has not identified any failure by SIA “Stone Capital”, SIA “Multi Invest” or SIA “Solar Invest” to fulfil their obligations towards investors.
SCI continues to monitor developments within the Group and assess their potential impact on each Issuer individually.
Situation within the Vivat Multitalent Group
According to information provided by the Group, delays in interest payments are primarily related to the slower realisation of real estate assets and projects than originally planned. As a result, the cash flow of certain Group companies and their ability to meet their obligations in a timely manner have been affected.
The situation does not affect all Group companies equally. SCI therefore assesses separately the activities of each bond issuer whose bonds have been distributed through SCI.
Bonds issued by SIA “Stone Capital”, SIA “Multi Invest” and SIA “Solar Invest”
Interest on the bonds issued by SIA “Stone Capital”, SIA “Multi Invest” and SIA “Solar Invest” accrues during the term of the bonds and is paid together with the principal amount on the maturity date.
None of the relevant bond issues has yet reached its maturity date.
At the same time, as the Issuers are associated with the Vivat Multitalent Group, SCI considers it necessary to inform investors about developments within the Group and to assess whether and how these circumstances may in the future affect the financial position of the Issuers and, consequently, the risks associated with these bonds.

SCI will inform investors if it receives new material information that may affect the assessment of the activities of the relevant Issuers.
SCI plans to publish the next information update by 31 October 2026, or earlier if material changes occur.
